Our services
This site describes our Shopify, web development, custom software, eCommerce, SEO and care plan services. The descriptions are general information and are not an offer. The scope, deliverables and timeline of a project are agreed with you in writing before work starts. Our free store review and Plus readiness check give general guidance based on what you tell us and what we can see. They do not promise any result, and we do not promise specific rankings, traffic or sales.
Payments
Fees, the payment schedule and any taxes for a project or care plan are set out in the written proposal or agreement we send you. Work starts when you accept it in writing. Nothing on this site is a fixed price unless it says so.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design, code, images and logos, belongs to ESTASOFT or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, resell or republish its content without our written permission. Who owns the work we create for a client is set out in the agreement for that project. Other names and marks on this site, such as Shopify and Clutch, belong to their owners.
Liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not allow us to limit. Our liability for project work is set out in the agreement for that project. We do not control other websites that we link to.
