Buyers ask for a quote from your storefront. Your team prices it, sends it by email, and the buyer approves it on a secure page. The deposit is recorded and the approved quote becomes a Shopify draft order. The app never holds or moves money.

No. ESTASOFT B2B never holds or moves money. Your staff record bank transfers and cash.
What happens when a buyer approves a quote?
The approval is recorded, the deposit step opens, and the quote becomes a Shopify draft order and then an order.
What happens when I reach my monthly quote limit?
New quotes pause. Sent quotes, their links and payments keep working.
How do I get help?
Contact support from the Support page. Plans, billing and the trial are handled by Shopify.
