Who we are
ESTASOFT runs this website, www.estasoft.com. We design, build and grow stores, websites and software for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it and what choices you have. If you have a question about it, write to info@estasoft.com.
What we collect
We collect what you give us and what the site needs to run.
- Forms. When you use the contact form, project brief, free store review, Plus readiness check, support form or partnership form, we receive what you type. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company, store or website link, project details, timeline, budget range and notes. Some fields are optional.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we receive your email address.
- Customer account. If you create an account, we store the details you add to it, such as your name, email address and addresses.
- Messages. If you email or call us, we keep what you tell us so we can reply.
- Technical data. The platform that runs this site records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver and secure the site. If you allow optional cookies, they can add information about how you use the site. See our cookie policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and provide the service or review you asked for.
- To prepare proposals and plan work with you.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- To support our clients.
- To keep the site secure, fix problems and understand which pages are useful.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours are your request or consent, our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and our legal duties.
Who we share it with
- Shopify. Shopify hosts this site and handles its forms, newsletter sign-ups, customer accounts and checkout. See Shopify's privacy policy.
- Clutch. The reviews widget on some pages loads from Clutch's servers, so Clutch receives technical information such as your IP address when that widget loads.
- Service providers. We may use other providers, for example for email and project tools, who handle information only to help us serve you.
- Authorities. We may share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, to meet legal, tax and accounting duties and to settle disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to remove you from our newsletter list or to delete your details at any time by writing to info@estasoft.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or limit how we use it and to withdraw consent you gave us. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to info@estasoft.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
