Overview

Orders reach your ERP in the background

Orders, customers and refunds go to your business system through a queue that works in the background, and stock levels and delivery tracking come back. Checkout never waits for the other system, and an order is not lost when that system is slow or offline.

Checkout never waits

An order is saved to a queue at checkout and sent in the background, so a slow system cannot slow your store.

Retries without duplicates

A failed send is tried again on a schedule, and a retry never creates a second order in your system.

One list for problems

Orders that cannot be sent stay in one list with the reason, ready to retry one by one or all together.

Map fields and preview

Choose how order, customer and product fields map to your system, and preview a real order before anything is sent.

Stock and tracking come back

Stock levels and delivery tracking are read from your system into WooCommerce.

Try it first, check every night

A shadow mode builds every order and sends nothing. A nightly check lists orders that differ and offers a repair.

Which systems will it connect to?

The 34 systems listed on this page. We build a connector for each one and mark it as available when it is released.

Does it slow down checkout?

It is built so that checkout only saves the order to a queue. The call to your system happens in the background.

What happens when my system is offline?

Orders wait in the queue and are sent when the system answers again. Orders that cannot be sent stay in a list with the reason, and you can retry them.

Does it create tax invoices?

No. Your ERP or an accredited provider issues them. The plugin sends the fields an invoice needs and reads back the result.

Does it work with Arabic?

Arabic names and addresses are sent as typed and are not changed. The plugin screens are in English only.
