Do you need access to my admin?
No. We look at the public store only. Please never send passwords or admin logins.
Will you try to sell me something?
The review ends with next steps you can do yourself. If you want help, you can ask us. If not, that is fine.
Can you review a store on another platform?
Yes. We also say what moving to Shopify would involve.
Who sees my store link?
Only the people at ESTASOFT who read your request.
How long does it take?
We review one store each week and write to you when yours is ready. If this week is taken, you join the list and we tell you when there is room.
