2. Can I see work similar to mine?
3. What does the proposal include and exclude?
4. How do we review progress?
5. Who owns the code and the design files?
6. What happens after launch?
7. How do you handle changes to scope?

Look for clear, specific answers. Vague answers early tend to mean surprises later.
