At Estasoft Technologies, we are committed to providing genuine, fully functional digital software licenses for trusted brands such as Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, and major antivirus providers. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure transparency and protect both parties.
Digital Product Nature
All products sold by Estasoft are digitally delivered software licenses. Once a license key or activation code has been issued, it is considered delivered and activated, making it non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases outlined below.
Eligible for Refund (Under the Following Conditions)
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only if:

The license key has not been delivered yet (within 24 hours of purchase).

The key provided by Estasoft is invalid or non-working, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

The wrong product was delivered and not used or activated.

Duplicate purchases were made in error, and only one license was used.
Note: Refund eligibility requires verification. You must provide screenshots or screen recordings showing the issue within 3 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Exchange Policy
If you received a license for the wrong edition (e.g., Microsoft Office Home instead of Pro), and the key is unused, we may offer an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
